TROUT
FISHING:
Trout fishing can be done in 5 dams which are stocked with rainbow
trout. Catch and release is allowed if a proper landing net is
used. Injured fish must be taken. The number of anglers are limited
to 5 anglers per dam unless it's the same group. The dams are
all fed from the mountain which ensures a constant water level
and keeps water temperature down in summer. Kickboats and waders
allowed. |

CARP
FISHING:
Carp fishing is done at the big dam with braai facilities. Do not
put any carp back into the dam. Please ensure that no fishing equipment
is left at the water's edge. Please consider other visitors. Use
refuse facilities. |

X 4 TRAIL:
It consists of two sections. At the foot of the mountain you'll
find a 6km section that takes you through dongas and mud holes.
For this section you need more than one vehicle and a winch is
advisable.
Escape routes are in place to bypass obstacles or to recover stuck
vehicles. (Tractor recovery - R150) The mountain section is a
scenic 9km circular route. The view from the top is spectacular.

MOUNTAIN
BIKING:
The
farm stretches over a vast area ideal for taking day trips
around the farm exploring the outskirts and the waterfall.
There are many different roads, straight stretches, loads of
up hills, rocky areas, wet slippery areas and some technical
terrain. Most of the farm roads and 4x4 routes are suitable
for biking. |

ABSEILING:
This
activity is done at the waterfall. Hooks are in place for tandem
abseiling. Bring own gear. Not advisable in winter. |

WATER
SKIING:
Water skiing can be done on a 5ha dam. Only one boat allowed
on the water which makes conditions ideal for training. Book in
advance to avoid disappointment. |
